Launched in 2012 HemWell America offers hemorrhoid sufferers a quick, painless, effective treatment. HemWell knew they had the medical technology to help millions of people but they wanted help launching their new company and getting their message out to those in need. Sulzer helped launch the start up company from the very beginning with effective messaging and branding.

Videos That Tell Their Story

Let’s face it, most people don’t want to talk about embarrassing health issues – especially if they have to deal with your butt. But hemorrhoids affect more than 50% of Americans of all ages at some point in their life. They can be caused by working out, pregnancy, lifestyle and diet or could just be hereditary. Sulzer wanted to create videos to let hemorrhoid sufferers know that they were facing a common problem and that there was a quick, effective solution.

Educating the Consumer through Campaigns that Resinated

Sulzer developed print, digital, and video campaigns to further educate patients about the services HemWell America provides. They also helped the startup permeate its brand into every aspect of the clinic and patient experience by designing the interior space of the clinic and developing processes for patient/staff interaction.
